Our annual survey of HR executives found that most organizations effectively use a variety of employee feedback mechanisms, including engagement studies, employee pulses, 360-degree feedback, and unsolicited feedback. In this study, we surveyed 250 HR executives from organizations in the U.S. with 2,000 or more employees about EX management activities, competencies, and related aspects of experience management (XM).
