In our annual employee experience (EX) benchmark study we found that the majority of respondents (67%) are planning to focus more on improving their brand experience (BX) over the course of the next year as compared to last year. In this study, we surveyed 250 HR executives from organizations in the U.S. with 2,000 or more employees about EX management activities, competencies, and related aspects of experience management (XM).
