Maggie Mead


Maggie Mead is a Senior Research Associate for the Qualtrics XM Institute. She manages the XM Institute's internal and external content production and promotion, creates tools to make the XM Institute's research actionable, and coordinates the team's internal tracking and processes. In addition, Maggie supports the Institute’s data research for global consumer and practitioner studies across customer experience, employee experience, product experience, and brand experience. She graduated from Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Environmental Studies.
