As financial performance becomes a focal point, XM Professionals must demonstrate their XM program’s value. Clearly, a strong program can influence multiple aspects of business performance, from customer retention to overall growth. But how should XM professionals approach, fully understand, and articulate the value of an XM program?
During this XM Learning Lab, participants will investigate how to convey XM program worth, advocate for investments, secure resources, and establish program criticality. XM Learning Labs is an innovative offering from XM Institute for our XM Pros community where we facilitate interactive small-group learning experiences around important topics for XM professionals.
