A lot is being written about the power of AI, especially with the emergence of widely available Generative AI options such as ChatGPT, DALL-E, and BARD. So it’s clear that AI will have a dramatic impact on many aspects of society, but how should XM professionals think about AI?
During this XM Learning Lab, participants will explore where and how AI will impact their efforts and careers. XM Learning Labs is an innovative offering from XM Institute for our XM Pros community where we facilitate interactive small-group learning experiences around important topics for XM professionals.

Opening Forum:
Tuesday, September 19th at 11:00 am or 7:00 p.m. EST. Two sessions are offered to account for different time zones. The session will be recorded.
Exploration Labs: (participants attend one of the four options below)
- Tuesday, September 26th at 9:00 pm EST and Tuesday, October 3rd at 9:00 pm EST
- Wednesday, September 27th at 9:00 am EST and Wednesday, October 4th at 9:00 am EST
- Thursday, September 28th at 3:00 pm EST and Thursday, October 5th at 3:00 pm EST
- Friday, September 29th at 11:00 am EST and Friday, October 6th at 11:00 am EST
