Our annual survey of HR executives found that organizations with more developed employee experience (EX) maturity tend to measure employee engagement more frequently than their less mature peers. In this study, we surveyed 250 HR executives from organizations in the U.S. with 2,000 or more employees about EX management activities, competencies, and related aspects of experience management (XM).
