As part of our annual benchmark study of employee experience (EX) management activities, we asked respondents questions from the XM Institute Employee Experience Competency & Maturity Assessment. We found that organizations vary in their EX maturity, with the majority of respondents (56%) scoring in the third or fourth of five stages. This study surveyed 250 HR executives from organizations in the U.S. with 2,000 or more employees about EX management activities, competencies, and related aspects of experience management (XM).
