Our annual benchmark study of employee experience (EX) management activities found that most organizations have well-developed capabilities across the six Experience Management (XM) competencies for EX as over 40% of respondents scored “strong” or “very strong” on each of the competencies. This study surveyed 250 HR executives from organizations in the U.S. with 2,000 or more employees about EX management activities, competencies, and related aspects of experience management (XM).
