In our annual employee experience (EX) benchmark study, we found that organizations with more mature EX management programs are more likely to deliver better customer experiences as compared with their competitors. In this study, we surveyed 250 HR executives from organizations in the U.S. with 2,000 or more employees about EX management activities, competencies, and related aspects of experience management (XM).
